My gift is inspiration. I help people (and their companies of all sizes) create strong business foundations that lead to positive returns financially and operationally. Another fundamental core support that I provide is the creation, development and streamlining of processes that foster efficiency and effective management at all levels.
I am a seasoned business and project manager whose passion is helping businesses of all shapes and sizes bring “concepts to reality”. I hold a PMP® credential, a globally recognized and in-demand designation that demonstrates I have the experience, education and competency to successfully lead and direct projects.
Having actively participated in a broad range of business activities, my expertise focuses on all aspects of mid and general management. I can provide your company with skills across: business planning, operational start-ups, designing head offices and multi-location systems, process improvements, and project management. With over 20 years of experience applying those skills in the field, five provincial start-up organizations have been launched successfully.
